Rooms & Rates

Each guest room at The William Smith Inn offers a private bathroom, flat screen cable television, air conditioning, hairdryers and free WiFi. Iron and ironing board is available for guest use, upon request.

Check in time is 4:00pm, check out time is 11:00am. Early check in, or late check out, must be approved by owner, and subject to additional fee of $100.    

All rates are subject to local & state tax. (13.5%)  A two-night minimum is required for weekends in peak season (April 1 - December 31).  We serve a full hot breakfast everyday at 9:00 a.m. Booking can be made up to one year prior to arrival.

All guests must be 12 years of age, or older to stay at the Inn.
